So after a year of living in the city (crazy, right?!) I have solidified one of the best spots for getting primped and pampered in downtown Cleveland. There’s something wonderful about walking just a few short minutes away and being beautified. This post talks specifically to getting my nails manicured and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Kelly Ann at Marengo Spa to get them done right!
I started going to Marengo Spa in the Old Arcade when I got engaged back in February. It doesn’t hurt that one of my favorite venues in all of Cleveland is the Old Arcade. How could one not love the beautiful architecture of the first large-scale indoor shopping mall in the United States? Marengo Spa has a great space that looks out into the Arcade no matter where you sit. It has a fun, elegant vibe that leaves you feeling comfortable, yet pampered.
Kelly Ann has become an instant favorite and does a bang up job on manicures. I got the OPI gel manicure with french tips, and it lasted beyond the two weeks I had expected. This particular manicure was of the utmost importance to me as I had just gotten engaged and wanted it to be perfect. Lucky for me (and probably for the salon) the manicure was fabulous. I was able to show off my ring with gorgeous nails to match. The cost for the manicure is more than reasonable for a downtown business ($35) and the experience adds to the value. Definitely pop in and pay Kelly Ann a visit (or try out one of their other services and let me know how you like it!)
