CLE Unleashed was a lifetime in the making, filled with experiences and adventures in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Here you’ll find insider tips for exploring the city, including reviews of restaurants, events and more. You’ll also get to come along for the ride on my travel adventures, should you choose to do so.
Created in 2013, CLE Unleashed made its debut as part of a job interview when I was asked to submit a sample blog post. At the same time, I had just moved to the Warehouse District in downtown Cleveland. I had been talking about starting a Cleveland blog for years, so it was the perfect excuse to make CLE Unleashed a reality.
When I’m not blogging, you can catch me around town taking pictures, walking my dog or trying out a new happy hour hot spot. I have a permanent case of wanderlust and I’m always dreaming of my next adventure.

Hello Kelly – As an experienced paddleboarder I want to let you know about the First Annual Whiskey Island Paddleboard Race and Festival this Saturday August 23rd from 8:00AM – 4:00PM. It will include a 6 mile, 2 mile, and kids paddleboard race in the morning followed by Yoga, board demo’s, some fun buoy races for all to enter, music by Analog Union, Beer, Burrito’s and a bunch of fun. There is a charge for the AM races but the afternoon events are Free (small fee if you want to enter in the buoy races) and open to Everyone. I can supply you with more info if interested.
